HOW TO GET THERE?

We create a guided teaching journey to support your evolution as a conscious leader. This leverages Michael’s unique professional and life experience being a leader of global businesses while employing the coaching frameworks and tools learnt from training with the Conscious Leadership Group and completing an Inner MBA.
For eligible leaders, we also offer one on one coaching to help you address issues and sustainably shift from the drama that is undermining your full potential.

We curate workshops to build communities, challenging, coaching and supporting them to be more connected, authentic, and responsible for the outcomes they create. These could serve executive leadership teams, community leaders or purpose led groups. Workshops can be curated to run for a minimum of 4 hours up to a maximum of 6 months.
For executive leadership teams, a combination of workshops and coaching is available and has the capacity to supercharge the results.
